The first pillar allows participants to purchase an NFT token representing ownership of their own cannabis plant growing in sunny Thailand. These are real plants assigned to the NFT owner. The growth time of the plant to yield harvest ranges from 3-5 months, after which the user has the right to collect their yield at designated points in Thailand or resell the right to collect the yield in the form of NFTs on the marketplace, all legally and effortlessly.

The second pillar is the Crypto-cannabis themed festivals around the world, starting from Thailand. Our community will have the opportunity to participate in organized themed events, which are an integral part of the Top Grass Club. Utilizing RWA, we offer access to exclusive events worldwide, accessible by tickets obtained as NFTs. The first event is already scheduled for Q3 2024 in Phuket, Thailand, the center of the global cannabis industry!

Own your plant NFT

Thanks to the opportunities created by the Thai cannabis market, the ability to acquire an NFT token representing ownership of a cannabis plant is an innovative concept that combines Real World Assets (RWA), Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT), and legal cannabis cultivation. In this setup, NFT tokens serve as digital certificates of ownership that allow for the collection of yields from physical plants.

Each NFT is linked to the yield from a specific plant and includes detailed information about the plant's strain, cultivation method, and expected growth time, which varies from 3 to 5 months depending on the strain and cultivation method. Each plant is grown under controlled conditions—in greenhouses or indoors at a farm located in Thailand. NFTs are available for purchase only at the beginning of each production cycle and feature a timer from the moment of purchase, counting down to when the yield can be collected.

Depending on the chosen NFT, holders will have access to regular updates in the form of photographic documentation of their plant, along with the option to add their nickname and plant number. We also plan to work on our own and unique strain available only to participants of the Top Grass Club VIP. Upon reaching the plant's maturity, which is indicated by the NFT timer's end, the token can be used to collect the entitled yield from the entire plant. The amount of buds entitled to the NFT holder is determined at the plant purchase stage.

NFT holders can trade them on an internal marketplace, allowing for the sale or purchase of additional rights to yields. Alternatively, after the cultivation cycle ends, holders can choose to receive the physical product directly at a dispensary in Phuket, by shipment within Thailand, or by designating someone to collect their product.

This approach enables global users to own their plant and benefit from it, regardless of their location worldwide. It also encourages visiting Thailand and exploring its tourist offerings, blending a passion for cannabis with travel. Crypto-cannabis expo: We're organizing thematic events, with the first taking place in Phuket at Paradise Beach. Our plan involves organizing events that attract between 420 to 4200 participants.
